Garden Villa FAQs

The Garden Villa sits on the ground floor amid the resort’s landscaped grounds, so the outlook is greenery and tropical planting rather than the ocean. It’s a calmer, more private setting than the beachfront categories, while Blue Bay Beach remains a short walk away using the complimentary QR access given at check-in.

The villa can be configured with 1 King or 3 Queen beds spread across its two bedrooms, making it easy to sleep up to six guests comfortably. The separate living room adds extra breathing room, which is handy for two families or a multi-generational group sharing the space.

Yes — the villa opens onto its own private yard, giving guests a bit of outdoor space to relax without needing to head straight to the pool or beach. It doesn’t have a plunge pool, so for water access guests rely on the resort’s shared pool areas and the beach itself.

The private bathroom is fitted with a rainfall showerhead, along with shampoo and toilet paper provided. It’s a straightforward, well-equipped bathroom rather than a spa-style suite, in keeping with the villa’s relaxed, home-like feel.

Blue Bay’s lineup ranges from The Ridge, with seaside apartments and private infinity pools, to The Shore’s beachfront condos, down to the Garden Villas, which trade beachfront positioning for extra living space, a full kitchen and garden surroundings. It’s the better pick for guests prioritizing room and self-catering over an oceanfront address.

Guests get a QR code at check-in for complimentary Blue Bay Beach access, including loungers, toilets and showers, plus beach towels provided in the villa and exchangeable at Reception. Registered guests can also use the resort’s shared pool areas, tennis courts and Fit Studio, alongside daily housekeeping in the villa itself. Breakfast and dining are available on-site but are charged separately.

It’s well suited to both — the two-bedroom layout and full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, toaster and kettle make self-catering realistic over several nights, and sleeping up to six across flexible bed configurations works well for families. Cribs are available on request for a surcharge for travelling with an infant.

Being on the resort’s ground floor and set back among the gardens, the villa is a short stroll from Blue Bay Beach and the resort’s dining options, which include beachfront spots like Coast, Tribu and Blend Beach Bar, along with the golf clubhouse restaurant, Lemongrass Bistro. It’s close enough for easy access without being right on top of the beachfront bustle.

Garden Villas are tucked into the resort’s landscaped interior and accessed via exterior corridors, so they tend to feel quieter and more secluded than the beachfront and poolside categories, which see more foot traffic and activity noise, especially around Happy Hour on Fridays.

Breakfast isn’t included in the room rate and is charged separately each morning, and toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, so it’s worth packing your own toiletries. Housekeeping runs daily, with towels changed every 2 days and bed sheets every 4 days, and the villa’s kitchen makes it easy to prepare simple meals in between visits to the resort’s restaurants.
